Return Policy
Easy Returns:
Save Your Receipt! To return an item for an exchange or refund,
the product must be returned back to one of the address below
within 14 days of the purchase date in its original condition
and packaging.
We do not accept C.O.D. returned packages, they will be rejected
upon delivery. If you have purchased a product online or by
phone that arrived broken or damaged, please ship it back to
us as soon as possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable;
however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if
you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or
we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping or handling
fees or drop shipping charges whatsoever . Restocking
Fees
The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized will
incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
We thoroughly inspect each return! We cannot refund money to
someone when they have already used the item! It happens all
the time and this is to cover us. This is how every online or
mail order business operates we assure you. The customer is
responsible for any shipping costs and re-stocking fees incurred
resulting from a cancellation of an order after it has been
shipped. The 15% re-stocking fees are only valid within 14 days
of the purchase date. Condition of Shipment
Unfortunately, these types of items aren't returnable unless we
made a mistake in your order or in shipping. In that case, please

- Any opened boxes or packages
- Altered product that are cut, modified, or broken
- Items that you wouldn't buy at a store.
